Microsoft has been working on making Windows 10 better for mobile operating systems, and a latest update to the "Your Phone" app brings the ability to mirror your Android notifications on your Windows 10 machine.

You can now receive and manage new messages from Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and other apps directly on your connected PC. Once you dismiss them on your machine, they will also be dismissed on your phone.

Microsoft has been testing several features through its Insider community to improve connectivity between Windows 10 and mobile operating systems. The latest update should bring the new features to you, but it could take a week to appear for everyone.

You should be running Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803 aka the fastest growing Windows 10 version) and Android 7.0 or later for this to work.

"No need to dig for your phone to text," Microsoft writes on Your Phone's app description."And you can finally stop emailing yourself photos. With the Your Phone app you get instant access to your phone’s photos, texts, and more on your computer."

Snap a pic on your Android, see it on your computer. With Your Phone app, get instant access to your Android phone’s photos, right on your computer. Finally, you can stop emailing yourself photos. Need to add a photo to your presentation? Want to spruce up that selfie? Just drag and drop. Text from your computer. It’s just easier. Text your friends, group message, and type with a keyboard- Your Phone app allows you to view and send Android text messages from your computer.

You can download the app from Microsoft Store (link).
