According to Bloomberg that Verizon a largest U.S mobile company will start selling Apple’s new cell phone iPhone from 2011. Sources at Bloomberg said from January 2011 Verizon will start selling Apples product when Apple’s contract with AT&T will end. From 2007 AT&T was the only carrier in U.S who had an exclusive deal with Apple for the sale of iPhone
According to Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam
Verizon Wireless, which is building a high-speed fourth- generation network, plans to unveil several devices that will run on the new technology in January at the Consumer Electronics Show.
An UBS AG analyst John Hodulik pointed out that Verizon have almost 92.8 million customers at the end of first quarter and those customers can buy 3 million iPhones a quarter.
