Instead of two phones, Apple brings forth three brand new models, the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. There are a majority of differences separating the three handsets, so let us check out all of them in our detailed specifications comparison.
iPhone X vs iPhone 8 Plus vs iPhone 8 Specs Comparison
If you were to check out our camera specifications comparison down below, you would find that the iPhone X has several unique features that the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8 do not possess. In terms of raw performance, however, all three devices would be at par with one another, but we’d like to point out one thing.
Since the iPhone 8 will have a lower resolution compared to the iPhone 8 or iPhone X, it will be able to score a better result in benchmarking applications. The scores obtain by the iPhone 8 might not necessarily translate in real-world simulations but if you want to gain bragging rights as to which is the fastest phone for 2017, then it will certainly be the 4.7-inch iPhone 8.
The iPhone X also features the first smartphone camera from the company that sports dual-OIS on both lenses. Where the iPhone 8 Plus only has OIS on the wide-angle lens, you will not experience camera shake when switching between any lens on the iPhone X.
With all the features stacking inside, the iPhone X is a very expensive smartphone, with the 64GB capacity model starting at $999. The 256GB model is going to be even more expensive, and if you want to get your hands on one, pre-orders are going to start from next month and customers will be receiving their units starting from the month of November.
