Apple unleashed the developer-oriented betas of its software yesterday, and today it has released iOS 10.3 Public Beta 3 and macOS 10.12.4 Public Beta 3. For those wondering - Public Beta software is absolutely free to download and try out, with no need for an Apple Developer Program membership at all. It's a simple case of going to beta.apple.com, registering with your Apple ID, and downloading the pre-release software from there.

If you have iOS 10.3 Public Beta already installed on your iPhone or iPad, then you can download the third beta build over the air. Connect your device to a WiFi network, then navigate to Settings > General > Software Update. Once the new build becomes available to download, tap on the Download and Install button.
