Movie Box, a popular jailbreak-based movie app, doesn't get much love from the Apple App Store. For reasons that may or may not seem obvious, the tech giant does not permit Movie Box to grace its popular content hub. If you are jailbroken, you can bypass this and just about any other restriction or limitation thrown down by the company, but since the latest iOS 8.2 software has yet to be breached by TaiG and the like, enjoying apps like Movie Box is not quite straightforward. iOS 8.2 has proven to be quite a tricky customer, and although it was rumored that a jailbreak would be arriving at the Mobile Security Summit in Beijing towards the end of March, the TaiG team stepped out and subsequently confirmed that work was very much ongoing.

But whether you're interested in jailbreaking or not, you can install Movie Box on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with ease, and without a jailbreak.

How To Install Movie Box on iOS 8.2 Without Jailbreak

The steps outlined in this tutorial are simple enough to follow, but please do read every aspect carefully to avoid any hiccups.

Step 1:

We'd recommend backing up your device prior to following most iOS tutorials, and this one is no exception. We're definitely not expecting anything to go wrong, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Step 2:

Fire up Safari and navigate to vShare.com

Step 3:

Hit the Download button, and vShare will be sideloaded onto your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 8.2

Step 4:

Once the download is complete, start up vShare, and hit the magnifier icon in the top right-hand corner of the interface.

Step 5:

Run a search for "Movie Box," and once you manage to track it down, install it.

Step 6:

And that's it. The Movie Box app icon should now be placed on your home screen.

It should be pointed out that MovieBox was running smoothly on earlier editions of iOS 8 without jailbreak, until Apple rained on its parade by revoking the installation ticket.
