1. The first thing that you have to do is launch theSettings app.

2. Scroll down and tap onFocus.

3. Tap on the "+" button situated on the top right corner of the screen.

4. Tap onCustom and give yourFocus a name.

6. Now, choose who can send you notifications and then tap on Allow. You have the option to choose your entire contact list.

7. Now, choose the apps from which you want to receive notifications, and then tap on Allow.

When you go back to the Home screen, simply swipe to bring the Control Center and then activate the Focus mode with the name that you saved in Step 4.
