Its true and as a gesture of good will, Steve Jobs has just announced that Apple will be giving out free case with every purchase of Apple iPhone4 to tackle the antenna reception issue.

SJ also said that even if people still feel that they want to return the phone they Apple will refund the money.

People who have already bought the bumpers might have the refunds (limited only but needs further clarification on dates).

Update: The Bumper offer is only till September 30, 2010
