It's that time of the week again where Apple takes the wraps off its free App of the Week in which it brings forth a paid app or game which can be downloadedfor free. This week's honor goes to Dr. Panda's Mailman, which usually goes for $3.99 on a regular day over at the App Store. The game, aimed towards children, lets you take control of a Panda, who is a mailman, and you have to guide him through a vast open world, delivering mail in a truly interactive environment.

The game is absolutely stunning in the sense that it's truly a majestic experience for children, where they drive through a landscape that has no rules whatsoever. The developers behind the title have forged the title in such a way that it 'encourages imagination.'

In the game, there are a total of four big areas you can stroll over, where a mountain, village, forests and fields are the order of the day. The developers even took the courtesy of tossing in 10 unique animals into the title as well, each with having 'habits and schedules' of their own.

Dr. Panda's Mailmanalso allows children to paint their very own postcards and create their own packages as well. As we mentioned before, the game has no rules whatsoever, and you have the complete freedom to roam around the way you like.

Like we mentioned above, the game is free to download till next Thursday, after which the title will return to its original price. Keep in mind that once you've downloaded the game onto your device, it will sit in your purchases and you'll continue to receive updates in the future.
