Twitter, Facebook, Zynga and StumbleUpon have all made some recent announcements for updates for products for Android.

Twitter have released an update for Android which includes changes to the layout of the timeline and introduced a Tweet details page. The app has been fine tuned and is worth the upgrade.

In today's Facebook Mobile event Palo Alto, Mark Zuckerberg announced a bunch of updates to theFacebook app for Android, conceding that it has always “been a little behind.” This update brings Places and Groups to the Android version, along with improved Notifications from within the app.

Game companyZynga have announced that they will soon release their first game for Android beginning with Live Poker.

StumbleUpon have released their crowd sourced application for Android which will take a look at what applications you use and help suggest other applications based on what other users have.
